Reps started because I wanted to track the good weeks: surf, boxing, dancing, altinha, the gym, a book on the balcony. If your weeks look anything like that, this journal is for you.

Tell Reps how often you'd like to show up at an activity: three times a week, or about three hours. It says the aim back right after you log a rep. Meet it and a star marks the week.
Share a week or a month:
Your Rhythm hands the stretch you're looking at to the share sheet as an image, in one of four looks. It carries the days you showed up, how they felt, and what you did.
