Fixed substitutions swapping out an excluded ingredient now reliably suggests real replacement options instead of just "remove." Manual macro targets set your own calorie/protein/carb/fat goals directly, alongside the built-in calculator. Plus stability improvements to subscription handling and general bug fixes.

Match Macros is smarter: portion sizes now stay realistic instead of ballooning to hit a target, and it automatically adds small snacks (like protein powder or applesauce) to help close any remaining gap, with plant-based options for vegetarian and pescatarian plans. Also fixed an issue where extreme values in the Macro Calculator could produce incorrect targets.

A Match Macros button on the meal planner automatically adjusts serving sizes across your week to hit your selected macro target. The Macro Calculator now stays tidy, showing just your chosen target with an easy way to change it. Prev/Next week navigation buttons are now grouped together for easier browsing.
