• One post, several recipes. When a carousel, a cookbook page or a pasted list holds more than one dish, Kibo now reads them all and lets you tick the ones to keep, then walks you through each in turn. • Instagram picture posts import too. Recipes written on the slides of a carousel are read straight from the pictures, and a photo of a finished dish is read from what's actually on the plate — not just its name in the caption. • See why something is on your shopping list. Tap an item in Shop to see which planned meals need it, day by day, and how much each one takes. • Better-balanced days. When Kibo sizes portions to hit your targets, every meal keeps a sensible share of the day, so a dinner can no longer swallow half your calories while breakfast shrinks. • More accurate calorie targets. A day when your watch was only worn for a few hours no longer drags your Apple Health–based target down to the minimum. • A refreshed sign-in screen, and the Apple Health welcome no longer comes back after you swipe it away.

• Recipe imports now run in the background. Paste a link, share a reel or photograph a page, then lock your phone and get on with something else — a strip above your recipe library shows each import working and holds the finished draft until you're ready to review it. An import that fails says why, and retries with a tap. • Adjust any recipe by asking. Open a recipe and tell Kibo what you want changed — "spicier but still kid-friendly", "no dairy", "stretch it to six". It shows you every difference, from ingredients and steps to servings and timings, before anything is saved. • Kibo no longer asks to write nutrition to Apple Health during first launch. It asks when you turn the setting on, or the first time you mark a meal eaten. • Re-import a recipe with one person's dietary restriction relaxed, without changing it for anyone else. • Printed and shared plans lay out better: day sheets flow across pages instead of breaking, and recipe photos are sized properly. • Number formatting fixes, a fix for a duplicate refresh while an import was in flight, and better crash reporting.
