CREATE TEMPLATES, RUN CHECKLISTS Build a template once: title, description, and an ordered list of tasks, each with optional notes. When it's time to do the work, start a checklist from the template. Each run is its own independent record — check off tasks, mark items Not Applicable, and add comments as you go. Your template stays clean and unchanged, ready for the next run. AUTOMATIC COMPLETION AND ARCHIVING When every task is done (or marked N/A), the checklist completes itself, gets date-stamped, and moves to the archive. Your active list shows only what's in progress; the archive holds your history — browsable, searchable, and exportable by month. MAKE EACH LIST YOURS Give templates and checklists their own color and icon from a curated symbol catalog, so you can tell the packing list from the pre-flight check at a glance. Sort, search, and filter to find things fast. SHARE, PRINT, AND KEEP RECORDS Export any checklist or template as a polished PDF, RTF, Plain Text, or Markdown summary — choose whether to include comments, timestamps, and N/A items. Print directly from the app. Need a permanent or portable copy? Save a CheckLists Document that re-imports losslessly on another device, with optional encryption for sensitive procedures.
