• See your cycle at a glance — a clear “cycle day” ring, your fertile window, and a gentle estimate of when your next period is likely.
• Log in seconds — flow, symptoms, mood, sexual activity, and private notes with a tap.
• Track fertility — ovulation-test results and basal body temperature (BBT) when you’re trying to conceive.
• Follow a pregnancy — week-by-week, gently, with weight and appointment notes.
• Read your own patterns — insights are computed on your device from your own logs.
• A calendar that shows your phases — period, fertile window, and ovulation, color-coded and easy to read.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No account required. You start anonymously — no email, no name, ever.
• Your health data stays on your device. Nothing leaves your iPhone unless you turn something on.
• Optional, anonymous analytics is off by default. If you turn it on, it helps improve the app and never includes your health data.
• Everything sensitive is off by default. You’re always in control of what’s shared with Apple Health.
• Discreet notifications. Lock-screen reminders never reveal cycle or pregnancy details unless you choose.
