BDYWRK
Hands-free reps/goals/streaks
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Reps counted hands-free. Streaks that survive a rest day. Goals that adapt to you. Premium adds protein tracking, AI recaps, and cardio load, all private and on-device.
Staying in shape comes down to two habits: move every day, and get enough protein to hold onto muscle. BDYWRK is built around both.
It isn't here to replace your gym log or your macro tracker. It's here to cover the baseline: a bodyweight routine you can do anywhere, and the one nutrition number that matters most for keeping muscle. If you already have apps for those, BDYWRK works alongside them. If you don't, it's enough on its own.
Count reps, hands-free, and keep track over time.
Start a session and BDYWRK counts your push-ups with the camera, or your squats, pull-ups, and sit-ups with the motion sensors. Put the phone down and go. No tapping, no counting out loud, no losing your place at rep 23. Every session is saved, so you can watch the number climb instead of guessing.
Goals that move with you
Set a weekly goal per exercise, then just show up. Kitchen floor, hotel room, park bench, 6am or 11pm. Each week BDYWRK looks at what you actually did and suggests where to set the bar next. Accept it, edit it, or ignore it. The goal bends to your life instead of asking your life to bend around a number someone else picked.
Streaks that survive a rest day
Hit your goals on consecutive days and grow your streak flame. Green checks mark the days you finished, gold marks a new record. Turn on the Apple Health toggles and the work you do outside the app counts too: a run, a ride, a closed Exercise ring outside the app can help hit your goal or protect your streak. You did the work, so you keep the credit. It's optional, and it's off until you say otherwise.
Protein, the easy way (Premium)
Log food in plain English, like "two eggs and a chicken breast," and BDYWRK estimates the protein in grams right on your phone. You see the estimate before anything is logged. Protein is the single most important thing to track if you want to keep muscle, so BDYWRK makes it a five-second habit instead of a food diary you'll quit in a week.
A recap every week
At the start of each week, see last week's reps, active days, and best day, plus suggested goals for the week ahead. Premium narrates the recap with an on-device model, so it reads like someone actually looked at your week.
On your wrist
Apple Watch gives you real-time rep haptics and heart-rate capture during a session. With Premium, you can log protein straight from the Crown.
On your Home Screen
Widgets put your goals, streak, and protein where you'll see them without opening anything. Tap one and you're already where you need to be.
BDYWRK Premium
The free app counts your reps, tracks your goals, and keeps your streak. That's the core, and it stays free. Premium goes further:
• Natural-language protein tracking, estimated privately on-device
• AI weekly recaps narrated by an on-device model
• Cardio Fitness and Load: turns your Apple Health cardio into Fitness, Fatigue, and Form scores, so you know when to push and when to recover
• Premium widgets for protein and cardio load
• Protein logging on Apple Watch
• No ads
Private by design
Your protein estimates and AI recaps are generated on your device, not in the cloud. Your food log never leaves your phone.
Do the basics, every day. BDYWRK keeps it simple.

Push-up counting has been rebuilt around what the camera actually sees, not just body position. Reps now track much more closely to what you really did, and the count no longer creeps up while your phone is sitting still between sets. The difference is biggest in the usual setup, with the phone on the floor pointing up at you, where your body covers the lens at exactly the moment a rep happens.
Also in this update:
- A day credited by Apple Health no longer shows the green check unless you actually met every exercise's target. The day still keeps your streak and still shows your rings, it just no longer claims reps that were not done.
- With Reduce goals on, finishing one exercise's full target no longer pushes your other exercises back up to their full targets. The day no longer gets harder the more of it you finish.
- Day bars in History now agree with the check above them, so a day that is not complete no longer shows a full green bar.
- The Apple Health note now reads "Apple Health kept your streak", which is what it actually means.
- Other small bug fixes.
