This update improves the reliability of online photo identification and account management. • Fixed identification failures caused by photo uploads being interrupted too early on slow connections. • Improved handling of connection interruptions and analyses that take too long. • Signing out is now immediate, even offline, without affecting a later sign-in to your account.

This update improves birdsong listening and the camera. • Saved excerpts are better centered on the detected song and retain the available end of the recording. • Tap a detected bird to view its profile and listen to reference songs. Live listening resumes when you close the profile. • Birds already saved stay marked throughout the listening session to help prevent duplicates. • Pinch-to-zoom also works over camera result panels.

Picchu adapts to iPhone Duo! Make the most of the expanded display when you open your device: • Home: taller widgets on the left and a large wildlife map on the right. • Animals: expanded filters, including visible secondary animal groups, beside your results. • AniDex: your progress and badges alongside your collection. • Camera: a larger preview with the familiar controls. • Routes: your routes and controls beside a large map. Close your device to return to the familiar compact interface. In Routes, pinch to zoom in and out for a cleaner map interface.
