While you are on your period it shows the period day instead of a countdown. - The widget reads only a small summary — no symptom, note or pain record ever leaves the app. You can hide the details entirely in Settings › Privacy & data, and a managed profile's data is never shown on a widget. - A calendar button in the Home header takes you straight to the Calendar tab. - Every Learn article has been rewritten and is now far more comprehensive, with clear sections on what happens, what helps, and when to speak with a healthcare professional. Article formatting now renders properly. - Reading times are calculated from the article itself, so the estimate matches the text. - Fixed the month summary in Calendar, which could show stray formatting characters. Your data still stays on your device, and dependent profiles still never see advertisements.

See where you are in your cycle, at a glance: - A week strip at the top of Home — recorded days filled in, predicted days outlined. Tap any day to log it. - Your estimated cycle phase, shown above the cycle ring. Estimates are always labeled as estimates. - Cycle history in Insights: each recorded cycle with its length and period days. - The cycle chart now shades your own usual range — based only on your cycles, never a population norm, and never a diagnosis. - A "Nothing today" check-in, because a good day is worth recording too. - Article suggestions now follow your cycle phase. Everything remains free except the HerRhythm Plus extras, your data still never leaves your device, and profiles without fertility content enabled never see ovulation language.

HerRhythm Plus now includes a doctor-visit report: a printable one-page summary of your cycles, symptoms, pain and flow to take to an appointment. It describes what you logged and never interprets it — reading those numbers is your clinician's job. We have also corrected the Plus feature list. The previous version advertised trends, correlations, custom reminder schedules and themes that were not yet built. Those claims have been removed and will return only when the features actually ship. If you subscribed expecting them, please contact us. Your raw data export stays free for everyone, as always.
