iPhone
One question each morning. Write, tag how you felt, and look back whenever you like. Free for 14 days, then one honest payment — never a subscription.
One question a day. A lifetime of you.
Today asks you one meaningful question each morning. You answer it, tag how the day felt, and look back whenever you like. That's the whole app.
No feeds. No streaks to defend. No AI reading your words.
ONE QUESTION, EVERY DAY
A new question each morning, drawn from 440 hand-written prompts — the same question for everyone, so there's nothing to choose and nothing to configure. Read it, take a moment, write.
"What's a memory this day quietly brought back?"
"What's something you're learning to let be imperfect?"
"What's a small act of bravery from today?"
YOURS ALONE
Your entries live on your device and sync only through your own iCloud account. No accounts to create. No servers of ours. No analytics, no tracking, no third-party SDKs. We cannot read your journal — nobody can.
LOOK BACK
Every answer becomes a dot in your Journey. Tap any day to revisit what you wrote and how you felt. Looking back quietly resurfaces an answer from a year, six months, or a week ago — the moments you'd forgotten you had.
GENTLE BY DESIGN
Miss a day and nothing is lost: your run forgives up to 48 hours. Skip today entirely and the app simply says no pressure. The optional daily reminder nudges you once — and never reveals the question, so nothing personal reaches your lock screen.
MAKE IT YOURS
• A home-screen widget in three sizes and six styles
• An optional Face ID lock
• An optional photo with any entry
• A different photograph behind the question every day
The most important conversation you'll have is with yourself.
