Now plays web links — paste a URL, press play. Plus a stream inspector that tells you exactly what you're watching, and whether HDR is really reaching your TV. JadePeak plays your movie collection straight off the network — no server app, no transcoding, no account. Point it at your NAS, pick a file, press play. Nothing is re-encoded: each file streams exactly as it sits on your share into the Apple TV's native playback pipeline, so 4K and HDR arrive the way they were mastered. Connect however your media lives: • SMB — any NAS, Windows share, or Mac with file sharing on • NFS — exports from Linux servers and NAS boxes • DLNA / UPnP — servers appear automatically, poster art included • On this Apple TV — send files from any browser on your wifi MKV and other containers Apple TV normally refuses play through the built-in engine, and an .srt next to a video is picked up automatically. Everything stays in your home: streams never touch the internet, and credentials live in the device Keychain. JadePeak plays media you already own on your local network — it includes no content and streams nothing from the internet.
