A string instrument tuner. But a little odd.
Oddball Tuner is a chromatic tuner that responds from the very first note. Instead of waiting for the reading to settle, it continuously shows pitch changes with a real-time meter and a time-trail display. As you tighten or loosen a string, you can visually compare the previous and current pitch and bring it to center.

Core tuning features are free. Certain skins are available as individual non-consumable in-app purchases. Microphone input is used only for real-time on-device pitch analysis and is never recorded or stored.
