New: a 7-day Tai Chi Walking program. Learn the weight shift, then step forward, back, and to the side. Days 1 to 3 are free, so you can try it before you decide. Tai chi walking is a slow, steady way to move. You shift your weight fully onto one leg. You place the next foot with care. That is the whole practice, and it is the part of walking that steadiness depends on. Days 1 to 3 are free. After that, practice continues with a subscription. Start with the 7-day Tai Chi Walking program. It teaches the weight shift and the empty step, then adds stepping forward, back, and to the side. When you are ready, a 28-day course teaches the Yang Simplified 24-Form, one movement a day. WHAT IS INSIDE - Tai Chi Walking: 7 days on the walking step itself - Beginner: 28 days through the Yang Simplified 24-Form - Gentle Foundations: 28 days, seated-friendly, for stiff joints or unsteady days - Continuing: a 14-day refresher if you have practiced before - A video tutor for every movement, with spoken guidance - Progress that saves as you go, on every track MADE FOR 50 AND OVER - A chair or a wall is welcome in every session - 5, 10, or 20 minutes a day, whichever you pick - Large text, and VoiceOver reads every screen - Calm wording. No countdowns, no noise, no pressure to keep a run going HOW IT STARTS You answer a few short questions. They cover your balance, your joints, your energy, and the time you have. The app then picks the track that fits you and builds the day-by-day plan. You can switch tracks whenever you like. WHY THE WALKING STEP Tai chi walking is built around single-leg stability and weight transfer. Moving slowly is the point, not a limitation. ABOUT THE SUBSCRIPTION Days 1 to 3 of a program are free to practice. Full access is a subscription billed through your Apple account. It renews unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it any time in your Apple account settings.
