WAYS TO PLAY
• Classic — 10 songs from the full 327-track catalog.
• Daily — the same ten songs for everyone, one attempt. Identical to the web daily at minigames.mehro.ch, so phone and browser players share one board.
• My Music — the quiz is built from YOUR Apple Music, on your device. Your whole library, a single playlist, or a saved mix of several playlists.
• Make a playlist, in here — search your library, pick songs, name it, and Tack saves it to Apple Music as a real playlist that syncs across your devices.
• Paste a song list — music somewhere else? Paste any list of songs, one per line, and play it. It reads whatever you throw at it — numbered lists, dashes, tabs — and needs no Apple Music at all.
• Collections — lock the round to one world. Seven decades of global hits plus 20 curated collections in four folders: Hindi & Bollywood, More from India (Punjabi, Tamil), Genres (Rock, Hip-Hop, Country, Classical, Movie Hits) and Around the world (K-Pop, J-Pop & Anime, Latin, Afrobeats, Arabic). New collections arrive without an app update.
• Endless — three lives, no finish line. Miss three and the run is over.
• Challenge a friend — send your round and they hear the exact same ten songs. The result screen calls the head-to-head.
• Type It — no multiple choice. Type the answer and pick from live suggestions. Name the song, name the artist, or either one counts.
• Replay — practice the last round again, offline.

HOW SCORING WORKS
• Tap the record to hear the snippet — nothing plays until you ask it to. Tap again to stop, or replay it as often as you like for free.
• Snippets escalate 1s, 2s, 3.5s, 5.5s, 8s — or switch to the sharper 0.4s ladder in Settings. Name it from the shortest snippet for 1,000; the more you hear, the less it is worth, down to 250.
• "Hear more" is always free and unlimited — it simply lowers the score a correct answer earns. It reveals up to 30 seconds, the full length of an Apple Music preview.
• A spinning record with a live waveform, and album covers on every option — the record keeps its label a mystery until you've answered.
• No feedback until the end — then the full reveal, song by song, with the album art you were straining to recognise.
• Game Center leaderboards for Classic and the Daily. Wordle-style share text, no link spam.
MAKE IT YOURS
• Snippet length — four presets, Blitz (0.2s) to Relaxed (2s). The Daily always stays on the original Standard ladder, fair for everyone.
• Instant feedback — a practice mode that shows the answer after every song. A miss waits for you to tap Continue, so the right answer never just flashes past.
• Full Dynamic Type support, and the app speaks English, Hindi, German, Spanish and French.
THE HONEST FINE PRINT
• No ads. No accounts. No tracking. The app collects nothing.
• Needs internet for new rounds — songs are official 30-second previews provided via Apple, streamed on demand.
• My Music needs an Apple Music library or playlist with at least 12 songs that have previews. No Apple Music? Paste a list of 12 songs instead — that route needs no library, no account and no permission.

Challenge links are short and shareable now.
Sharing a round used to produce a link several hundred characters long, which messaging apps cut off on screen - friends saw a bare web address and assumed it was broken. A challenge link is now a handful of characters and reads like a link should.
Links shared from older versions keep working.
