New in this version: • Animated graphics: the score bar, the goal moment, the intro and the final score now move like on TV, with a style to match each design. • Intro and summary now sit right in the clip list. Choose the background, length, camera, design and intro music there and see the preview straight away. • The reel preview plays everything in export order, including intro and final score. • Your own team images and crests from your photos. They travel along when you share a match. • Support for larger text, VoiceOver and Reduce Motion. • Shared matches and captures are checked before import and only added once you confirm. • More robust exports: cancelling works instantly, low storage and videos in iCloud are reported clearly. • Lots of small improvements and bug fixes.

New in this version: • After exporting a full reel you now see a preview of it with a checkmark once it is saved to Photos, just like with single clips. • Small improvements and bug fixes.

New in this version: • Moving crop with keyframes: zoom and pan in landscape during a clip, for example from the whole field to the shot on goal. For every single clip, no Pro needed. • Second angle: duplicate a clip and show the same moment straight after from another camera. The goal still counts only once. • Copy keyframes between landscape and portrait. • Two phones, one match: whoever logs events on an iPhone sends them to the filming phone with one tap. • Overlay at the right moment: for highlights, cards and scenes you choose when the line appears. • Cameras that did not film a moment are grayed out in the editor. • The clip editor asks before closing if you have unsaved changes. • Lots of small improvements, including for the Button Shapes accessibility setting.

New in this version: • Portrait clips with keyframes (Pro): guide a 9:16 frame through the play with keyframes. The score bar and scorer animate in to match. Perfect for Reels, TikTok and WhatsApp status. • New clip editor: the video stays put, with timing, image, details and portrait in clear tabs below. Share and more options sit at the top. • While exporting you see a preview of the result with progress and live frames. Single clips and full reels can be cancelled at any time. • Name your cameras, for example "Stand" or "Behind the goal", during import or later in the match settings. • New tab bar and glass buttons in the iOS 26 look. • Lots of small improvements, including for smaller iPhones.

This version fixes an export problem and makes the scorer timing visible: • Matches with several cameras could get stuck during export when the cameras recorded at different frame rates. Fixed. • All exports are noticeably faster now, even single camera ones. • If an export ever does get stuck, it now stops with a clear message instead of waiting forever. • New: frame rate in the export dialog. If all cameras record at 60 fps, MatchReel exports 1080p at 60 automatically, 4K on request. • The clip editor shows the exact second the scorer and new score appear, and the preview switches right there while playing. • Set the scorer timing centrally in Settings and fine tune it per clip with a slider. While dragging, the preview jumps right to that moment. • Single clips in 9:16 now show the switch from the old to the new score as well. • Legal notice (Impressum) available right in the app under Settings, Legal.

New in this version: • Season comparison: your stats now line up all your seasons with record, matches, goals and assists at a glance. • Scorer timing: you decide when the scorer and the new score switch inside a clip. Per clip in the editor or as a default in settings, up to 5 seconds earlier or later. • After a reel turns out well, MatchReel asks once for your opinion. Honest feedback goes straight to us. • Ready for iOS 27: if you limit Health access to recent data, the stats now explain it instead of staying empty. • Feedback mails can include an anonymous usage summary if you want. No names, no videos, easy to switch off.

A round of polish: • Fixed: a crash in the clip editor when the custom crop was zoomed all the way in. • The zoom slider now runs the way you expect: right means closer, shown as a factor from 100 to 333 percent. • On smaller iPhones (SE, 11 Pro, 13 mini) the subscription page was cut off at the bottom. It scrolls properly now. • No more clipped text in the new match assistant, the clip editor and the export overview. • The match list now scrolls visibly behind the button and the tab bar instead of disappearing behind a black band.

New for Pro: analyse your match like a pro. • Heatmap of your runs on a stylised pitch, with half-time view and thirds distribution • Sprint map: every sprint as a line with pace colours • Heart rate zones: five zones per match, optionally based on your own max heart rate New for everyone: • Match setup: set teams and jersey colors before kick-off, now also right on your Apple Watch • Seasons: statistics now count in seasons instead of calendar years. Start month adjustable, custom seasons available • Seven intro songs to choose from for your reel • Share match stats as a personal performance card or a team report • A cleaner new-match assistant, and shared matches can now be imported right in the app • New: "How it works" in the settings Plus many small improvements. Enjoy your next reel!

NEW · Cards & scenes: log yellow, red and second-yellow cards plus contested scenes right on your Watch (one swipe past the goal buttons) or iPhone — shown in your video with a real card graphic. NEW · Intro music: seven theme songs to choose from, with preview in Settings and per-match override. Watch: a freshly installed Watch now picks up matches and stats from your iPhone automatically; version shown on the start screen. Polish: long club names in the Kompakt intro, English privacy links and more small fixes.
