Your groups now keep up with you. A friend joining, checking in, reacting or commenting shows up on the screen you're already on — no more backing out and coming back in. Coming back to the app refreshes whatever you left open, and the lobby and roster now pull to refresh. Hosts hear the moment everyone in the lobby has set a goal, so the challenge can start without checking back. Everyone gets a nudge when someone new joins and when the challenge begins.

Days a week — a new way to run your group Not every habit fits every day. When you create a group, pick "Days a week" and a number (1–6), then post on whichever days suit you. The count resets every Monday. • Until you hit your number, each day works the way it always has. • Once you're there, you're done for the week: friends' photos stay open, nobody can poke you, and reminders go quiet. • See everyone's progress at a glance — n/N under each friend, a green tick for anyone who's finished, and a weekly column on the calendar. • Streaks for these groups count in weeks. Start or join mid-week and that week's number is scaled down to match. Fixes • The monthly calendar squeezed a week onto six columns — dates sit under the right weekday again. • Starting a challenge could leave you stuck on the setup screen. It now opens the challenge for everyone in the group. • Leaving a group really ends its notifications now, and its older ones drop out of your inbox.

Say it on the photo • Captions on check-ins: after you snap your daily photo or video, tap "Aa" to write a line right on it. • Make it yours — drag it anywhere, pinch to resize, twist to rotate, and pick from three fonts and six colors. • Your caption shows up in the story exactly where you placed it, and you can edit or remove it after posting. • Fair play, as always: a friend's caption stays hidden until you've checked in too.

Left a group and changed your mind? You can now ask the host to let you back in. They decide, and coming back is a fresh start — the days you were away don't count against you. Also fixed: • Tapping a notification could open the app to a blank screen • A group you'd left could still reopen from an old notification • The deadline countdown sometimes appeared late
