New in 4.13: Package scanner — just point your camera at catheter or medication packaging. The app recognizes the product name via text recognition and fills it in automatically. For catheters, Charrière size and material are detected too. Scanned barcodes are saved for instant recognition next time.

New in 4.12: Medications. • Set up your medications in Settings — with fixed intake times or as-needed. • The app reminds you daily, even during quiet hours if you want. • While logging, tap what you took — it shows up in your history and CSV export. • The PDF report now lists your medication up top — your doctor sees at a glance what you take. As always: everything stays on your device.

New in 4.11: - Multiple catheter types: track separate stock, Charrière size and material per type — statistics show stock and range for each, and the one running low warns you in time. - Pick the type as you log: with more than one type, selection chips appear right above quick capture. Your choice sticks for follow-up entries. - Urine color "Yellow": the scale now has a middle step between light and dark — with distinct symbols. - History & export: every entry shows its type, and the CSV export gains its own column. - Smarter alerts: "too little" alerts now assess the completed previous day instead of the day in progress. - Lock screen: the live display now runs in sync with the app — quiet hours included — and turns red when overdue. - Fixed: PDF report hard to read in dark mode; duplicate "Done" buttons above the keyboard; drinks were miscounted as toilet visits in statistics and alerts.

Logging now takes one tap: your quick values, bowel movement and fluid intake sit right on the home screen as tiles — tap, saved. Afterwards you can add details to the entry (like Bristol type or findings) or undo it. The full entry form is still there, one tap below. Also new: the reminder countdown now sits large and readable at the top — with your interval, last entry and quiet hours at a glance. And on the very first launch, the app asks once how you empty your bladder and sets up the matching modules right away. As always: no account, no transmission — your data stays on your device.

A small maintenance release with improvements under the hood. New: after a while, the app will kindly ask once whether you'd like to rate it on the App Store — every rating helps others affected find the app in the first place. Thank you for using it!

New in 4.7: reminders at fixed times of day — like an alarm clock. Set any times you like in Settings (e.g. 7:00, 10:30, 14:00); a new entry won't shift them. The interval mode remains the default. Also fixed: amounts and stool labels were not visible in the history.

Version 4.6 is a polish release — much of it based on your feedback: • The number pad can now be dismissed everywhere with "Done" — when logging, editing and in Settings. • The blood pressure field now visibly tells you when a value is outside 60–300 mmHg instead of silently not saving it. • Quick values, drink presets and stool amount now share the same grid layout and handle large text sizes. • New for ISC users: a hint on the logging screen shows which modules (catheter supply, early UTI alerts, palpation check, autonomic signs) can be enabled — dismissible with one tap. • Applied suggestions show a green check mark, and where suggestions haven't appeared yet, the app now tells you when they will. • The visits chart shows total and stool side by side instead of stacked. • Minor fixes in the history view (no more truncated labels).

Bug fix: on smaller iPhones the entry form could be cut off with many quick values configured — quick values are now swipeable.

New in 4.5: • Log stool amount in five levels — from mini to huge. Also shown in history, the editor and the CSV export. • "Rate the app" now jumps straight to the review form.

New in 4.4: • The app now speaks English throughout — iPhone, Apple Watch, widgets and notifications. • Suggestions from your data: from your last 30 days, the app derives fitting alert limits, your typical reminder interval and your most frequent volumes as quick values. Apply with a tap — never automatically, not a medical recommendation. • New "Intake and output" statistics card comparing average fluid intake and output.

New in 4.3 — suggested by urology practice: • Palpation check (optional): estimate bladder filling above the pubic bone in three levels. Over time, statistics show your own average volumes per level — your personal calibration. • Autonomic signs (optional): log goosebumps, sweating, feeling hot or headache as filling signals — with an optional blood pressure field. • Both are included in the CSV export. Alerts do not replace medical advice.

The ISC package: • Catheter supply (optional): counts along with every entry, shows how long your stock will last and reminds you to reorder in time. • Early UTI alerts (optional): log signs such as odour, burning or increased spasticity. The app alerts you immediately for blood or fever and flags patterns across several days. • Signs also appear in the PDF report and CSV export. Alerts do not replace medical advice.

New: fluid intake logging — optional and off by default. What you drink goes into the same log as urine and stool, with quick-select amounts you can edit. Intake and output side by side: in the daily overview and in CSV export and import. Plus small improvements.
