Lawyer's Diary is a professional tool for lawyers and attorneys that replaces notebooks, paper diaries and dozens of paper files. The app is designed for those who value order in their cases, save time and always want to have important information at hand.
ALL YOUR CASES IN ONE PLACE. Create case cards with complete information: client name, case number, stage (inquiry, investigation, court of first instance, appeal, cassation, Supreme Court), officials and authorities. For attorneys, fields are available: investigator, defendant, article of the Criminal Code, detention center. For lawyers — plaintiff, respondent, claim amount, bailiff, pre-trial claim. Everything is structured and easy to edit.
CASE TIMELINE. Add events to each case: court hearings, investigative actions, requests, notes. Specify date, time, title and description. No date will be lost, and you will always be ready for the process.
SPEECH FOR THE CASE. Prepare your speech right in the app! A convenient editor with voice input allows you to dictate the text. The speech can be saved, copied, shared or exported to PDF.
CONTACT DIRECTORY. Create your own directory with contacts of government agencies, courts, prosecutor's offices, investigative committees. Sort by categories, add phones, positions. All important numbers are always at hand — call with one tap.
ONE-TIME CONSULTATIONS. Record ad-hoc consultations separately from main cases. Specify date, time, client name and case details. No more lost records!
QUICK SEARCH AND FILTERS. Find cases by client name or case number in seconds. Filter by categories (criminal, administrative, civil, arbitration) and stages. Alphabetical index speeds up navigation.
COPY AND SEND REPORTS. One click — and a full case report is copied to the clipboard or sent to messengers or colleagues. Great for quickly sharing information with colleagues or clients.
EVENT CALENDAR. The calendar shows all upcoming and past events for cases and consultations. You always see your workload and never miss anything.
