Tuzkempro Global

On-site inspections & reports

Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Finish the report before you leave the site. If your job involves walking a site and writing it up afterwards, you know the real work starts in the evening — retyping notes into Word, hunting for the right photo, formatting the same document again and again. Tuzkempro Global replaces that. You record the finding on the spot: take a photo, set the severity, add the responsible person and a deadline, sign it. By the time you walk out the gate, the print-ready PDF is done. It works for any inspection, audit or survey profession — the app is the workflow, your field is just data. WHAT IT DOES • On-site photo report — photo, customizable risk level, responsible person, deadline, signature (up to 4 participants) • Print-ready PDF and Word export; calendar (.ics) reminders for deadlines • Finding library — reusable, searchable finding templates, so you never type the same thing twice • Desktop control panel — one screen per client shows overdue, upcoming and open items • Client file — documents, devices (with review cycles) and staff qualifications, with expiry tracking • Expiry reminder emails — in time, to yourself and/or your client • Compliance status report PDF — a client's full status in one file • Plan & marker wizard — mark up your own image, get a marked PDF (e.g. vehicle damage sheet, evacuation plan) • Works offline; one professional, unlimited clients WHY IT PROTECTS YOU A clean, dated, signed report is your evidence. When a question comes up months later, you have the photo, the finding and the signature — not a vague memory. Tuzkempro Global keeps that record for every client, automatically. BUILT FOR THE FIELD Phone, tablet and desktop. Offline in the basement, the plant, the remote site — no signal needed to record. Available in 38 languages, each in the wording professionals actually use. 7-day free trial, no credit card. Subscription and plan changes are managed on tuzkempro.com.
