Pair a trusted counter device, scan customer loyalty cards, and reward visits, purchases, and redemptions with a clear audit trail. Rewardfinity Staff is the secure counter companion for merchants using Rewardfinity Loyalty & Rewards. Pair an iPhone with a single-use code from the merchant dashboard. Then scan a customer's Rewardfinity QR code to view their live points balance, stamp progress, tier, and eligible rewards. Authorized staff can: • Award a visit or stamp • Record an exact purchase total • Redeem an eligible reward • Run a least-privilege self-service kiosk • Retry safely without duplicating points or redemptions Every balance comes from Rewardfinity's server-side append-only loyalty ledger. Device permissions are set by the merchant owner, and a paired device can be revoked at any time. Rewardfinity Staff does not process payments, store payment-card details, or hold customer funds. It does not create a separate username, password, or payment account for customers; kiosk check-in can enroll an email in a merchant's loyalty program. A Rewardfinity merchant account and a device pairing code are required.
