New: track your temperature alongside your IBD. Feverish during a Crohn's or ulcerative colitis flare, or after an infusion? Log it in a few taps: the report for your GI doctor shows your fever days and the highest reading. • Temperature can also come from the Health app (connected thermometer). • Full version: "My insights" flags a fever logged while you take a treatment that affects the immune system (corticosteroids, immunomodulators, biologics, JAK inhibitors), as a reminder to tell your doctor. • Hydration: goal from 1 to 4 L, one glass in a single gesture with Siri, the widget or Apple Watch; hydration appears in the report. • A more reliable doctor report: a value you did not enter no longer counts as zero, lab results keep their unit, and a treatment taken before a flare is shown as a coincidence in time, never as a cause. • Food: fewer than 3 meals, no verdict ("Not assessed"). • Edit a meal from the history with one tap; medication reminders follow your intake times, with no repeated notification. • Dictation in the app's language, completed translations, and "Rate the app" in Settings. Still no account, no ads: your health data stays on your iPhone.

What's new in this version: • Redesigned Home: the indicator in one compact card, then today's stools and meals with their count and a "+" to log, My insights, the general state in its own window (sub-scores and curve), and water. • Hydration: log each glass of water with one tap (+ 250 ml; long-press for 150 ml, 500 ml or remove) and follow your progress toward 2 litres on a pie chart. Drinking enough matters for your gut. • Treatments: the time of intake (morning, noon, evening, bedtime) is recorded, inferred from the clock, and your reminders follow the moments of your treatment. • Meal history: browse all your meals day by day from the Food tab; swipe to delete one. • Product known but not assessed? Photograph its composition to assess it right away. • Understand: a new screen explains every number in the app — the indicator, the clinical markers, the food traffic lights, the analyses, your data — with sources. Open it from Settings, or with one tap from any screen it concerns. • Log a meal in three taps: "Same as yesterday", your favorites, your frequent and recent foods, the moment inferred from the time. Barcode scanning now sits right in the food box, and the keyboard no longer pops up on its own. • Product not found? Photograph the composition: the app reads the ingredient list and the nutrition table on your device, you correct it, and the product joins your personal bank. The photo is deleted right away. • The app understands your foods: 974 everyday foods with their composition (public Ciqual and USDA sources), to find which components keep coming back before your issues. Full version: "By component" and "Once the context is taken into account" — statistical associations, reported with their share of chance, never causes. • Fairer, more careful food traffic lights: they describe what was observed ("Issue every time", never "Avoid" again), only look at the 6 hours after a meal, count loose stools as an issue, say "Not assessed" when the app does not know, and warn you if you are cutting out too many foods. • Your indicator evolves: the clinical markers are now computed day by day and then averaged, and an unrecorded fatigue or stress no longer counts as zero. For the same entries your number may change — the method changed, not your health. Everything is described in "Understand" and on our methodology page. • Report for your doctor: a header with your name (your choice), date and period, blood detailed by intensity, and the dietary leads in an appendix, clearly separated from the facts. • Fixed: the weekly check-in reminder finally asks for notification permission; the check-in saves even when you leave the slider in the middle; the stool form no longer claims a normal stool you did not declare. • Also: a subtly graded background, the low-FODMAP journey waits for remission before opening, and meal photo recognition runs on a new model. What's new in this version: • Weekly check-in: a short look back at your week, in your own words. It goes into your report exactly as you wrote it — no score, no interpretation. Weekly reminder optional. • Treatment reminders: a notification at the time you choose, treatment by treatment. The medication name only appears on the Lock Screen if you ask for it. • Faster logging: the “Stools today” card on the home screen opens the form already filled in from your last entry. Type and blood are still yours to enter — they are never guessed. • Your data is yours: on top of the JSON export, the app can now import it back (new iPhone, restore). Settings › Privacy. • Your indicator has changed: what your stools show now counts for more, stress for less, and the Good / Moderate / Concerning levels have been re-calibrated to match.
