1. Answer a few simple questions in your own words. The AI reads what you say and how you say it to map how you regulate and build your pattern profile.
2. Set the one goal that matters to you.
3. Every day, chat with your coach for two minutes about how your last rep went. Your coach judges your progress honestly. You can gain points, and you can lose them.
4. Get a personalized coaching session (a short audio in a natural AI voice) that ends by revealing your next rep, chosen for exactly where you are.
5. Do the rep in the real world. Collect the evidence. Watch your steadiness climb.
