Daily Scroll Club encourages a collective approach to being conscious of our device usage. The idea is simple: for one hour per day your restricted apps unlock. It is the same time every day. If you miss it, you were probably doing something more important anyway. After a while you stop thinking about it, and you only know the hour has arrived because notifications start coming in. This is a club for anyone and everyone who wants to be conscious of their relationship with their devices.
Create a club chapter and share the same schedule with your friends. Make it a challenge together, and cut FOMO by knowing you are all on the same hour. See who can build the longest uninterrupted streak.
