You can now see where each juz starts. A gold tab marks the line it begins on. Surah names in the decorated heading are bigger and properly centred. The surah, page and juz at the top of the page are easier to read. Repeat counts are 1, 2, 3, 5, 10 and unlimited. Bigger text now fills each line to the margins, and the page keeps its own size. Small fixes to the tafsir picker, the prayer times and the calendar widget.

BUG FIXES: Repeat counts are now 1, 2, 3, 5, 10 and unlimited. The screen stays on while you read a page, a dua or the qibla compass. The title shows the surah in English and Arabic, with the page and juz, in both views. Larger text on the Madina and Classic prints now sets every line to the margins, the way the mushaf does. The page keeps its own size whatever text size the phone is set to. The tafsir picker no longer wraps onto two lines. The calendar widget's year spine is cleaner.

The 1405H mushaf, the one a generation memorised from, alongside the current one. Its own pages and its own line breaks. ISLAMIC DATES. A new widget in three sizes: today in both calendars, and the year drawn to scale with the moon at tonight's real phase. ISTIKHARAH. What you type now appears in the Arabic as well as the translation. It stays on your phone.

If audio fails to play or the connection drops during a drill, playback stops and shows a message instead of freezing. Playback buttons now have VoiceOver labels.

Word by word meanings. Press and hold any word on the mushaf page and a card tells you what it is: the word, how it sounds, and what it means. In the ayah by ayah view the meanings sit under each ayah and tapping one opens the same card. Light and dark mode and more customization. More bug fixes.

The mushaf now matches the printed Madinah mushaf line for line. The words and the pages were always right. But on many pages a line broke in the wrong place, so a word sat at the end of one line instead of the start of the next. If you memorise by where a word sits on the page, that matters. It is fixed throughout. The Arabic is larger too, and every line now runs the full width of the page, the way it does in print. In the ayah list, swipe sideways to move between surahs instead of going back to the list.
