Define connectors and viewing orientation, map every net from pin to pin, record conductor gauge, color, cut length, and measured resistance, and catch duplicate endpoints or out-of-range pins before assembly. A cut board estimates copper loop drop from entered length, gauge, and current, while the continuity matrix keeps pass, open, short, and untested evidence attached to the released map.
