Cadent - Daily Rhythm
Routines, todos & little wins
$1.99 · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
A little counts, too. Make room for home routines, a catch-up with someone you care about, and something to look forward to.
Make a little space for everyday life.
Cadent brings your home routines, to-dos, people, and little rewards together in one calm place. Get things out of your head, choose what matters today, and find a rhythm you can come back to. A missed day is not a broken streak.
YOUR REGULAR ROUTINES
A place for the things you do every day, every week, or once in a while. Organize your routines into cards, check off small tasks, and return when you're ready. From a morning reset to watering the plants, a little counts, too.
WHAT'S ON YOUR LIST?
Keep your to-dos together and decide what to tackle next. Pick your Top 3 for today to give the day a little direction, with room for the rest of your list whenever you need it.
REMEMBER TO CATCH UP
Keep notes about the people in your life, record a check-in, and set reminders to reach out. A quick message, a phone call, a coffee together. A small hello goes a long way.
TREAT YOURSELF
A coffee, a new book, an afternoon off. Make a punch card for something you're working toward, choose your reward, and add punches along the way.
YOUR OWN PACE, OR A SHARED RHYTHM
Use the base app for free on a single device, without an account. Your everyday routines, to-dos, people, and rewards work offline.
An optional subscription adds sync across your devices and shared households. Share home cards and to-dos with the people you live with, while your people, rewards, and Top 3 stay private. Each person needs an account and an active subscription to use household sharing.
Start with one small thing. Come back whenever you're ready.
