Log a drink in one tap from your wrist. Next morning, see what it cost in your own sleep and heart data. No account, no server. Your data stays yours.
Fewer counts your drinks and shows you what they cost, using your own body's data.
Log a beer in one tap from your Apple Watch. The next morning, Fewer prints your Morning Slip: last night's count beside your sleep, sleeping heart rate, and heart rate variability, each compared against your personal baseline from your own alcohol free nights. Not averages. Not lectures. Your numbers, from your nights.
Fewer also does the honest math on what a drink is. A 330 ml beer at 5 percent is 1.3 standard drinks under the Dutch guideline; a double whisky is nearly two. You tap beverages; Fewer counts what is actually in the glass and writes the accurate value to Apple Health. Pick your own country's guideline in Settings.
Built for people whose drinking comes in seasons: plan your evenings, run a dry stretch with projections from your own history, and return with a plan instead of a snap back. The Seasons chart draws your weight line over your drinking and dry periods, so the picture speaks for itself. The ledger counts drinking days, standard drinks, and money in your own currency.
Honesty is enforced by design. Every claim carries its sample size. Below seven dry nights the app says it is still learning. Thin data is named, never papered over, and nothing is extrapolated to drinks you have not had.
What Fewer will never do: no food logging, no calorie budgets, no blood alcohol estimates, no location tracking, no community, no shame. A missed plan is data, not a verdict.
Privacy is the product. No account. No server. No analytics. Everything lives in your Health app and your private iCloud; export it any time as files you own. The App Store privacy label reads Data Not Collected.
Logging is free forever. Fewer Pro adds the daily Morning Slip, your personal dose response curve, full Seasons history, the year report, and return planning. Two weeks free, then yearly, monthly, or one lifetime purchase.
Fewer is awareness, not treatment. If drinking feels bigger than tracking can help with, the Resources page lists real helplines for 21 regions and a global directory.

Fewer 1.1.2.
- Your morning slip notification now waits for the night's sleep to arrive, so it reaches you when the slip is genuinely complete rather than while your readings are still coming in.
- The plus button on a live session repeats what you are actually drinking. It reaches for your default only when the evening is still empty.
- Opening Fewer now asks your Apple Watch what it holds, so a drink logged on your wrist while you were away from your phone is already counted before you add the next one.
No account, no server, nothing uploaded. Your numbers stay yours.
