Most gratitude apps let you write the same thing every day. Unrepeat doesn't.
Every day you note exactly three things you're grateful for. One rule: no entry may repeat, not even reworded. "Good coffee" today and "my coffee in the morning" next week? Unrepeat spots it and asks you to find something else.
Sounds strict. That's the whole point. When you can't repeat yourself, you stop writing on autopilot. You look closer, at the small things that usually slip past. After a few weeks you notice how much good hides inside an ordinary day.
