EVERY PLACE HAS A STORY About Area has a new look and a clearer story: discovering a home should feel like a possibility, not just a checklist. POLISH YOUR LISTING COPY When you post, “Polish description” gently refreshes your title and text — warmer, clearer, still true to what you wrote. No invented details. A WARMER WELCOME New accounts get a short note from Joss in Messages — a human hello, not a marketing blast. FIXES & POLISH Smaller UI tweaks to keep browsing and posting smooth.

PHOTOS FILL THE CARD Listing photos use their real shape. A portrait stays a portrait, black bars are trimmed off, and the crop stays inside the card. A soft preview shows first, then the sharp photo. OPENS SOONER The splash leaves as soon as the first home is on screen. The rest of the feed loads behind it. VIDEOS FIT, WITH SOUND Clips fill the card the same way photos do. After you film a listing, the next video plays with sound. DONE ON THE KEYBOARD When you post a listing, Done sits above the keyboard. Tap it to close the field and keep going.

EXPLORE LEARNS TOO. Explore now ranks listings from what you watch and save, within your filters. Pull down for a fresh series, and the list fades in softly when it reloads. Works with or without an account. NEW EXPLORE FILTERS Tap Filters for a full sheet: budget on a price slider, zones (pick a locality or anywhere in Malta), bedrooms, property type, and must-haves. Filters are remembered between sessions and refresh the feed the moment you change them. A NEW EXPLORE CARD Swipe through a listing's photos right in the list, with dots to keep your place. Photos are framed on what matters. Tap the corner map to flip the card and see where the home is, with an approximate-area marker where the poster kept the address private. Save with the heart, spot video listings at a glance. SEARCH Type your whole sentence: search waits until you pause or hit return. Results and the list itself load noticeably faster. PHOTOS THAT GLIDE Tapping the sides of a photo glides to the next one instead of jumping. Swipes carry the speed of your finger and settle without a bounce, on For You and Explore. The edge of a set gives a little resistance instead of stopping dead. Listing previews get the same tap to go back and forth while you post.

FOR YOU FOLLOWS YOU. The feed ranks listings from what you watch, save, and contact. Pull down on the first card for a fresh series. Explore’s refresh now sits below the iPhone pill.

EXPLORE MOVES WITH YOU. Search and filters scroll away with the list, so more listings stay on screen. The last row sits a little higher, clear of the bar. Chat opens straight away. Messages shows your conversations without the wait.

SHARE IT TO YOUR STORY. Tap share on a listing, then Instagram Story. Area copies the link — paste it as a sticker so people open the place straight from your story. Videos start again when you come back.

HOLD TO SEE THE PHOTO. Press and hold anywhere on a listing. Icons, text, and the tab bar fade away so you can see the photo or video full screen. Let go and everything comes back. On a video, hold also pauses playback.

THE SWIPE IS CLEANER. For You now snaps listing by listing — one home, then the next. Faster. No float. Swipe photos sideways without taking the feed with you. The next card is already warm, so you don’t get that brief black flash while you scroll. Also in this version: • Message on WhatsApp when the listing has a number — the original-listing link steps aside • Same green chat button on every listing • A more stable connection screen if the network drops Thanks for using Area. Keep swiping.

!YOU CAN NOW POST ON AREA! This is the big one. List your place — a whole apartment to rent, a room, or a home for sale — and it goes into the swipe. People find it. They message you in the app. No Facebook groups. No agency site. Add a title, photos, and specs. Tap Improve with AI to polish the copy. Film on site with LIVE so everyone knows the place is real. Also in this version: • Map — photo pins when you zoom in; tap a pin to open the listing • Rooms, Rent, and Buy still in one swipe Thanks for using Area
