Mac
The disk is full and you can't tell what's safe to delete. Smart Care measures your Mac on one screen and labels each item Safe, Review or Caution. You decide what goes.
Your Mac says the disk is full and won't tell you what filled it. So you delete a few things at random, the number barely moves, and you start pricing external drives.
This app measures instead of guessing. Smart Care puts the whole Mac on one screen: free space, a health score, and one scan that covers junk files, privacy traces and clutter together. Everything it finds is labelled Safe, Review or Caution, so you can tell a cache the system will rebuild from a file that needs a second look. Nothing goes until you say so.
WHERE THE SPACE WENT
Space Scanner maps your home folder by real size, as a donut or a treemap you can drill into, folder by folder, until you reach the one holding 40 GB.
Large Files puts everything big at the top: old exports, video files, disk images you downloaded once and forgot.
Duplicates compares files byte for byte, so it finds identical copies whatever you named them.
Similar Photos groups near-identical shots, marks the highest-resolution copy, and lets you keep that one or none of them.
Health Check scores six areas out of 100: disk space, junk files, startup load, privacy traces, memory pressure and time since the last cleanup. Every result comes with one next step.
WHAT PILES UP WITHOUT YOU NOTICING
Smart Clean sweeps app caches, browser caches, logs, temp files and old installers in one pass.
Uninstaller removes an app together with its caches, preferences and support files, so nothing is left behind once the icon is gone.
AI & Dev clears what developer and AI tools leave lying around: Ollama, LM Studio and Hugging Face caches, Homebrew, npm. Downloaded models are listed with their size and left alone, because pulling them down again takes hours.
Startup lists the launch agents that run when you log in, shows the app behind each one, and lets you switch off the ones you didn't ask for.
Privacy clears browsing history, cookies, recent-item lists and app traces.
Clean Mode ignores the keyboard and trackpad while you wipe the screen, so nothing types itself. Hold the spacebar to leave.
IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND
Cleaned items go to Quarantine first, with their original location remembered. One click puts anything back where it was.
THE NUMBERS ARE MEASURED
Every size is counted, not assumed. Where macOS refuses to open a folder, you get "at least 3.2 GB" instead of a small number pretending to be the whole. Every screen tells you what it actually searched, so a scan that found nothing never looks like a scan that never ran.
ONE PERMISSION, ASKED ONCE
App Store apps can't touch your files until you allow it. On first launch you pick your Home folder, and every tool works from there. You can take that back any time in Settings, Permissions.
Everything runs on your Mac. Nothing is uploaded, and we can't see your files.
WHAT IT COSTS
Nanas Cleaner is free to download; the tools work once you buy one of two things.
• Monthly — an auto-renewable subscription, USD 3.99 per month, with the first 7 days free. It renews itself until you cancel it, which takes a moment in System Settings.
• Lifetime — one payment of USD 29. Nothing renews and nothing expires.
Anyone who bought the app while it was paid up front keeps it in full, with nothing to buy again.

Ratings & Reviews
- This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
Most of this update is about what Nana's stopped offering. We went through every place the app removes something and fixed each one where she was offering things that are not junk.
• The Space Scanner protects a folder by what is inside it. Your Library folder, which holds your passwords, mail and messages, could be deleted permanently from the map. It is now refused, and so are cloud drives and the Quarantine folder.
• Large Hidden Files stays out of cloud drives. A .zip in Google Drive could land on the junk list, and deleting it there deleted it from the cloud as well.
• App Leftovers offers only folders of apps that are really gone, not the settings of apps you still use.
• The Uninstaller takes only what belongs to the app: removing Chrome no longer takes Chrome Canary's data with it. An app that is still running is not uninstalled; she asks you to quit it first.
• The numbers promise only what a removal gives back. Virtual machine disk images are counted by the space they really take, a file with several names is counted once, and Duplicates no longer pairs two names of the same file.
• Quarantine never loses a file, even after a crash in the middle of a move, and Move to Trash never falls back to deleting permanently.
• Your AI chat history in VS Code and Cursor is left alone, and a conversation an AI agent is still writing is never removed.
• Privacy no longer clears the Favorites in your sidebar along with recent items.
• The free space figure stays current and refreshes after every removal.
• New: caches of AI apps and developer tools, including the Claude app, Codex, npx, Bun, Gradle, Maven, Cargo and Hugging Face. A cache whose app is running is left alone until you quit that app.
• New: Project Build Files. It finds node_modules, .build, target, Pods and similar folders, only in projects nobody has touched for two weeks and only when a file beside them shows what will rebuild them.
• New: model downloads from Hugging Face and Ollama that never finished.
• New: the Uninstaller shows when you last opened each app and can put the least used first.
• New: old device software updates (.ipsw) and .xip files.
