New App Store pictures, now showing Impronta. No changes to the app itself.

Impronta: arrows at each end of a plate step to the previous or next capture or cabinet in your library. Stepping does not fill your Recent list.

A tuner: tap the input jack. The board goes quiet while you tune. TONE3000 in Impronta: search captures and load them straight onto your board. Corista, a free tuner pedal for GarageBand and AUM. Impronta's capture search: Return now lowers the keyboard, and a tap brings it back after you hide it. Impronta's knobs: double-tap to type an exact value; the keyboard now opens and closes properly. High-gain pedals now stay silent on the built-in microphone to prevent feedback, with a warning; tap USE THE MIC ANYWAY to play through them. Impronta: changing the amp or cabinet, or switching the cabinet on or off, while you play now blends smoothly with no click.

Output level is now more uniform across the board, whatever the knob settings. Tap the dark background around an open pedal to return to the board.

Impronta, the amp capture player: load NAM and AIDA-X amp captures and cabinet impulse responses. On the board, and as an Audio Unit (AUv3) plugin that works with GarageBand, AUM and other iOS hosts. Drives now sit in front of the amp; the other pedals sit in its effects loop. Every pedal comes on at the same level it was bypassed at. Palpito goes deeper and no longer drops in volume when you switch it on.

Bruto is a high-gain pedal: while it is on, your iPhone or iPad's own microphone stays off. Plug in an interface to play it. A short note now explains why the built-in microphone starts off, and how to play through the board. Tap "Don't show this again" to hide it. If the board catches feedback through your audio interface, it now tells you what happened and what to check.

The iPad or iPhone's own microphone now starts switched off, so headphones lying near it can't howl. Tap TURN MIC ON to talk or sing through the board; if it starts to feed back, the app cuts it and switches the mic off again. iOS was turning the built-in mic up by about 20 dB. That boost is now off, so the mic hears far less of your headphones and is much less likely to feed back. In AUM, GarageBand and other apps: if a pedal hears its own sound through the microphone and starts to hum or howl, it now catches the loop and brings it down within seconds.

Elementi now goes quiet when you leave the app, so it can never keep playing unseen underneath another app. To play along with Apple Music or YouTube in the background, turn on "Play behind other apps" at the bottom of the board. It stops by itself if you plug in or unplug anything while it plays in the background.

If iOS has the microphone turned off for Elementi, the board now says so and takes you straight to the switch.

Play along, properly. Elementi now keeps running when you switch to YouTube, Spotify or any music app, so your backing track and your board play together, and coming back is instant.
