Knife Fight is last team standing fantasy football. No weekly matchups, no
head-to-head records, no schedule luck. Every team scores against the entire
league at once, the lowest total gets cut, and the fallen roster is released
to blind-bid waivers for the survivors to fight over. Outlast everyone and
you are the Last Blade.
The classic setup is one cut a week, all season long. Commissioners can
shape the cut schedule, lock late-season rosters, and end the season in The
Arena, a final-field showdown.

data from publicly available sources.
Draft day is sharper in Knife Fight 1.2. Snake drafts now stay in raw ADP order, let you draft directly from your queue, show how many picks remain until your turn, and can reveal completed picks without irrelevant roster warnings. Knife Fight Draft rooms can open early for pre-bids, KF guidance and news stay useful without taking over the board, and team views now clearly identify every owner.
