REMINDERS THAT FIT YOUR PLAN
PillBell sends local notifications at the times you choose. Optional repeat reminders can continue at your selected interval until a dose is confirmed. Delivery depends on your iOS notification, Focus, and sound settings.
ADVANCED SCHEDULES WITH PILLBELL PLUS
Create cycle plans for a set number of dose days followed by pause or placebo days. Use phased dosing plans when the dose changes across predefined stages. PillBell follows the schedule you enter; missed or late doses never cause the app to change your plan automatically.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
PillBell has no ads and requires no separate account. Medication data stays on your device and can sync through your private iCloud database. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party behavior analytics.
The free version covers essential reminders for up to two active medications. PillBell Plus unlocks unlimited medications, cycle and phased schedules, private notification wording, all reminder sounds, CSV export, and Face ID app lock.
