• Appearance: in Settings, pick Light (the original, default look), Dark, Studio white or Studio grey. It changes as you tap, is kept per device and never changes PDFs. • Folder PDFs: the redesigned List puts your name, the folder, total items and date on top, then up to nine objects a page with photo, name and up to four lines. No more cover page or sub-folder subtotals. A total ends it if Value, Credit or Rental is ticked. Objects in several sub-folders print once. • Rental in the List: tick Rental / day and set Days (1–365). Objects with a day rate show days and rate × days, summed in the total. With Value but no rental, each total is (value minus credit) × stock. • Call sheet, now in portrait: project, your name, date, call time and up to six location lines on top, then a grey panel per department (photo, editorial, styling, makeup, hair, models, other). Notes for the day is gone. • When making a call sheet, each ticked person gets a time box that follows Call time until changed, plus Not on set and Agent. An agent prints under their client. These are for that PDF only. • Contacts: the List PDF matches the folder list, nine people a page by surname, with portrait (or grey square with first role), name, role, company, first phone and email, and city if room. Website, birthday, notes and linked items print only in Presentation. • Contact PDF layouts are now List - vertical, Presentation - horizontal (now landscape) and Callsheet - vertical; Photo works for the List.

• Create PDF in folders shared with you: the whole folder, in the same layouts and with the same details as your own, ready to share or save to Files. • Day rates in PDFs: tick Rental / day under Include and every object with a day rate prints it. Leave out photos, descriptions, dimensions and values for a plain rate card. • Call sheet: in Contacts, Create PDF offers a third layout with project, date, location, call time and notes for the day above your people by role. You now choose who goes in. • Delete on an object asks what you mean: Archive (you can restore it) or Delete forever (gone, with its photos). • Contacts is one tap away at the bottom right of every main screen: all items, collections, folders, all projects and search. In a collection, Add photos now sits at the top under Details. • eBay: when a listing cannot go out yet, the app says why and offers a button that works (open eBay, check again). If you have reached your monthly selling limit, it says so. The eBay sign-in says how it ended. • A little more space between the lines at the top of every screen, and grid captions fit their cards at every text size.
