Pick an intention, how you feel and 2, 5 or 10 minutes. Poleris builds today's ritual for you: an opening breath, an affirmation, a short visualization and a gentle close, read aloud by your device's voice (or shown as text if your device has no voice for your language).

The 21-Day Journey: Clarity, Action, then Trust and release, with one question and one small step a day. When it ends, start Peace with Money (7 days), Kinder to Yourself (10 days) or A Step in Your Career (10 days).

SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS
Poleris Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription, monthly ($4.99/month) or yearly ($29.99/year), each with a 3-day free trial. Prices may vary by country and are shown in the app before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
