ROS is Roblox's internal companion app for Builders. Sign in with your Roblox Okta account to pick up your work anywhere on campus — no VPN required.
Home — Your day at a glance. A personalized dashboard with quick search across people and places, plus widgets you can reorder with a long press.
Nexus (1:1s) — Plan and run better 1:1s. Browse your spaces with your manager, your reports, and other Builders. Track priorities and growth plans, capture shared and private notes, comment and @mention teammates, open linked Google Docs in-app, and invite Builders to new spaces.
Meetings — Rate the effectiveness of your calendar meetings in seconds. Connect Google Calendar to see your week and give each meeting a value-per-minute rating that feeds Roblox's meeting quality data.
Profiles — Find anyone at Roblox. Search Builders, orgs, and places; view profiles, reporting lines, and org structure; browse teams and pods; and check who's on call.
Map — Navigate campus with interactive floor maps for Campus and Stations 1, 2, 4, and 5, including conference rooms, kitchens, restrooms, mother's rooms, and printers. Search a desk to see who sits there, or jump straight to your own.
Café menu — Today's menu across Roblox cafés, with meal periods, stations, dietary icons, and nutrition.
Notifications — Push notifications for 1:1 topic comments, space invitations, and meeting-rating reminders, with per-category controls in Settings and deep links straight to the item.
Also included: dark mode, offline support that queues your changes and syncs when you reconnect, and over-the-air updates so you always have the latest version.
ROS requires a Roblox employee account and is distributed only to Roblox employees.

Campus Map
• Wayfinding is now available to everyone, with a redesigned route panel
and clearer on-map directions.
• Refreshed building maps, plus fixes to map rendering and tab bar styling.
Performance
• The app now launches straight from cached content instead of waiting on
an update check first.
1:1 Notes
• Edits made while offline are queued reliably and confirmed once they sync.
Fixes and improvements
• The update prompt now opens the correct store listing.
• Only one status message appears at a time instead of stacking up.
• Updated secure credential storage and update libraries.
