■ Simple rules
You play black, the enemy plays white. Flank stones to flip them; whoever holds more wins. Glowing hints let newcomers jump right in.
■ Levels 1 to 100, foes that grow with you
It starts gentle and rises one level per win. Every 10 levels the enemy unleashes a new special skill: Reservation, Stone Swap, Sidewinder, Red Intrusion, Oni Awakening, Grand Canyon, Overcast, Landmine… and from Level 90, a mystery skill you won't know until it strikes!
■ A colorful arsenal of items
Win coins, then spend them in the shop to turn the tide. Iron Wall, Dynamite, Seal Orb, Black Hole, Sage's Wisdom, Laser Bomb and more — stronger items unlock as you climb.
■ Expressive characters and effects
The hero and demon react with ever-changing faces as the score shifts. Enjoy flashy skill and item animations, win/lose flourishes, and an ending reserved for those who conquer Level 100.
