Introducing Channels: create public or invite only channels and publish posts to exactly the group you choose. Share posts, opportunities, and podcasts with links that open right in the app. Verified members can now post jobs, internships, gigs, and scholarships. Pick which daily email highlights you receive. Crop your photos before posting with new aspect presets. Tap any profile picture to view it full size. Podcasts now support video episodes. Plus new chat controls: hide conversations from your list and delete messages from your own view.

Tagging is easier: a hint appears the moment you type @ and suggestions follow as you type a username. Notifications now show everything in one place, including new followers, requests, mentions, and comment reactions, with an unread badge on the bell.

This release adds email sign-in codes for extra account security, on by default with a toggle in Settings. Share posts with just your university using the new My University audience. Verified members can now sponsor guests from outside the HBCU network with invite codes. Post owners can remove comments on their posts.

Podcasts, notifications, and more arrive in this release. Verified creators can publish podcast episodes with cover art from their profile, and everyone can listen with the new in-app player. A new notifications bell shows recent likes, comments, and messages in one place. Opportunity posts can now accept applications directly in the app, starting with the Fall 2026 AI Fellowship.
