AI coach for your lifting form
Only for iPhone

Record a set. Get a 0–100 form score and the one cue that will fix it most — in seconds.
LiftCue reads your lift the way a coach would: depth, bar path, back position, tempo. Then it ranks what's costing you the most, so you know exactly what to change on the next set.
WHAT YOU GET
• AI form analysis for 30+ lifts across six muscle groups — squat, bench, deadlift, overhead press, rows, pull-ups, and more
• A 0–100 score per set with ranked, specific cues — not generic tips
• Full workout logging: exercises, sets, reps, weight, and timed holds, autosaved as you go
• Per-exercise trends, training balance, and badges as you improve
• Leaderboards and head-to-head comparisons with your friends
• A friends-only feed to share lifts and cheer each other on
BRING YOUR OWN AI KEY
LiftCue runs on your own Google Gemini key, so your videos go from your phone straight to Google — never to our servers. It's free to start, and setup takes about two minutes with a guided walkthrough inside the app. Heavy daily use can hit Google's free daily limit; if you want more, you add a card with Google and pay a few cents per video.
Workouts
• Log a full workout — exercises, sets, reps, weight, and timed holds. Your session autosaves, so you can put your phone down mid-set and pick right back up.
• Workout history now lives on the Progress tab, and friends' workouts open straight from the feed.
Leaderboards & Compare
• A new Leaders board on Progress and on every exercise page shows the top 10 among the people you share with, with your own rank pinned. Tap anyone to send a friend request.
• Pick a friend and an exercise for a head-to-head breakdown of your numbers, then post the comparison to the feed.
Know Your Numbers
• Tap any exercise for its own page: score trend, score distribution, and a breakdown of the variations you train.
• A training balance view shows which muscle groups you've been neglecting.
Better Coaching
• The coach no longer critiques what the camera couldn't actually see — if your wrists are behind a plate, it says so and tells you where to film from next time.
• A new guide explains Google's daily limits, what going over would cost, and how to raise it.
Social
• Profile photos — add a picture or pick a preset icon.
• Reply to comments, and react to any comment with any emoji.
• Report or block someone straight from their profile.
Fixes
• Your analysis history now backs up to your account, so reinstalling or switching phones no longer wipes it.
• Duplicate notifications are gone — reinstalling no longer sends you two of everything.
• Reaction notifications show the emoji your friend actually picked.
• Setup for your Google AI key is written in plain language now, with a signup link and answers to the common questions.
