Finn's Bedtime grew up. Make a routine for each child, or one for children who go to bed together, and hear how Finn says each name before you save. There is a new step for the best part of today, the kind words now end the night, and Teddy became a little friend. A back arrow and a leave button sit on every step. Stories are easier to choose. Press and hold a cover for a quick look. While a story is being made, Finn works on it right there on your shelf. The brushing song keeps playing if the screen goes dark.

A fix for Finn's Bedtime. If your child tapped ahead while Finn was still talking, the next step could stay quiet, and sometimes the brushing song didn't start. Now Finn speaks on every step and the song always plays, however fast little fingers tap.

Three small things, all from families who tested. Finn works away. While your story is being made, the row in the Stories library shows Finn at his easel, brush going, so you can see it is really happening. A new brushing song. Two minutes, bright and sung, and it tells your child where to brush: top, bottom, front, back, then tongue. Finn checks in between verses. Tell us what would help next. In the grown-ups' Settings there is now a place to ask for a story, a bedtime step, or something for a bigger kid. We read every one.

Finn's Bedtime, a new way to end the day. Finn the fox cub walks your child to bed one small lamp at a time: pyjamas, teeth, potty, a cuddle, a few kind words said together, and then a story. Every lamp is a picture of Finn doing the same thing, and he says your child's name along the way. Teeth get a two-minute song and a ring that counts it down, so brushing lasts as long as it should without anyone watching the clock. The story is new too. Finn Hears It First is a quiet night in a small house, told slowly, twice. Nothing happens. The house creaks, the kettle ticks, and your child is the one who tells Finn it is just the wind. It replaces the earlier sleep story shelf. For grown-ups, Bedtime now has its own tab: set the hour, add your child's name and how to say it, and choose which lamps are on. No account needed and nothing to buy.

Halloween night, with company. Add a big sibling who goes first with the flashlight, or the family dog who waited by the pumpkin. Each one gets a scene of their own in the film, and the sibling picks a costume too. Also: the film opens and closes on its own painting, captions hold still, and the porch light goes off when the story says it does.

Eighteen new stories. The story shelf now holds twenty milestone films, not three. Halloween night, a wiggly tooth, a birthday, a new baby, a first swim lesson, a first sleepover, a first haircut, a first snow day, moving day, a weekend at a grandparent's, and the quieter ones: biting, gentle hands, big voices, sharing, feeling brave, using the potty, and trying one new food. Every one is made for your child by name, in our warm storybook style, and lands in your library to keep.
