Start with a simple capacity check-in. Choose one supportive next step. Take a reset from one minute to two hours in silence or with an optional offline soundtrack and ending alarm, or move through five concrete grounding prompts. Familiar routines offer structure without turning an unfinished day into a failure, and suggestions can be removed when they do not fit.
When one task needs your attention, Focus keeps only that finishable task in front of you until you complete it. Completed tasks can be revisited in a simple collapsible log—without a timer, score, or streak.

Your private app data is stored in app-private storage on your iPhone. It may be included in an iCloud or computer backup according to your device settings, but Your Pace does not operate cloud sync or collect your data. Core features and starter soundtracks do not require an internet connection. On iOS 26 or later, internet is used only when you choose an optional Apple-hosted longer sound pack.
Your Pace provides general wellbeing tools. It is not medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or a crisis service.
