Verso is a news reader that follows events — not a firehose of headlines.
When something big is happening, dozens of publishers cover it. Verso clusters that coverage into one event and writes short AI briefs as new developments land. Major stories open as a timeline of every brief in order, so you stay with the whole event and never miss a turn.
Each brief is a condensed summary of real publisher coverage, written for the phone — swipe, don’t tab-hop. Sources on any story shows every outlet Verso used, if you want the primary reporting.

Feed is full-screen: swipe through briefs one at a time, save what matters, and skip what you’ve already read so the next story is new.
Discover lets you search and follow people, places, and topics. For You ranks from what you follow.
Home Screen widgets for Rising, Latest, and Near you put the day’s events on your Home Screen — tap a story and it opens in Feed.
Optional alerts ping you for major stories, and for local majors when you set a city. A few per day, not a firehose.
