Open P7M documents and XML invoices, read their contents, and export a readable PDF. Inspect European invoice formats and extract original files on your device.
Open FatturaPA, UBL 2.1, UN/CEFACT CII, Facturae and Polish KSeF FA(2)/FA(3) invoices, including Peppol messages in an SBDH envelope. Inspect P7M and P7S signatures, TSD/M7M timestamped files and ASiC, BDOC, EDOC and DDOC containers, and open ZIP archives. PEC and EML emails and Outlook MSG files show the sender, recipients, date, subject and message text next to their invoice attachments, and PEC receipts (daticert.xml) are summarized. Preview PDF and XML, open password-protected PDFs, search the line items of long invoices, reopen recent files and save extracted originals without changing them. With Pro you can also print or share the readable PDF and export line items as CSV.
Every invoice shows a Payment card: the amount due, due date, a copyable IBAN and a SEPA QR code for your banking app, with a warning when a supplier's IBAN differs from invoices saved in your dossiers. The VAT summary lists taxable amount and tax per rate, plus withholding tax, stamp duty and pension-fund lines.
Factur-X and ZUGFeRD invoices are read straight from the PDF: the embedded XML is extracted, and a switch flips between the readable invoice and the original PDF.
Your first three unique supported documents are free. Each invoice inside a ZIP, ASiC, DDOC, email or PEC counts as one document. Reopening the same document does not use another free opening. EU Document Pro unlocks unlimited opening, polished PDF export and batch ZIP export for up to 100 invoices, with an optional monthly or yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.
Everything is processed on your device. No account, document upload, advertising or tracking.
