ScanRounds is built for routine equipment inspection, facility rounds, and guard tour workflows. Place a QR label on each asset or location, scan it on site, and go straight to the correct entry form. Record temperatures, numeric readings, selections, and notes without searching through long lists.

ROUNDS MODE
See which checkpoints have not been recorded and track the completion rate for the current round. Use it for daily equipment checks, building and electrical inspections, vehicle checks, cleaning verification, opening checks, facility rounds, or a guard tour.

TEAM WORKFLOWS BY FILE
A leader distributes a .pointset configuration file. Each operator returns a .pointlog record file. The leader is the single writer for configuration changes, keeping small-team handoffs clear without requiring real-time collaboration.
CHARTS AND PDF REPORTS
Review trends by asset in charts, then export records for a selected period as PDF reports for saving, sharing, or printing. Temperature logs can also support recordkeeping in HACCP workflows.
