Every rep traces the loop in the colour of the moment: green to work, amber to rest. Start a timer on your iPhone and your Apple Watch keeps the beat, on its own - with your live heart rate echoed back to the phone.
WORK, REST, REPEAT - WITHOUT LOOKING
Spoken announcements or clean beeps mark every interval, and a 3-2-1-GO count-in starts every run - with haptics on your wrist at every turn. Keep your eyes on the work, not the screen.
BUILT FOR WHATEVER YOU COUNT
Rounds of Tabata, a minute per tai chi form, a 25-minute focus block, a soft-boiled egg. Each timer carries its own icon, cues, and behaviour, so it does exactly the right thing when you press play. Four come built in - build the rest, reorder with a long press, and every timer follows to your wrist.
ON YOUR WRIST, ON ITS OWN
The Apple Watch app runs independently and syncs your timers automatically. Sports timers hold a workout session so they never sleep mid-rep - and can record the workout, your heart rate, and Activity ring credit to Apple Health. Complications put your timers right on the watch face.
EVERYWHERE YOU GLANCE
A Live Activity keeps the countdown on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island - background the app and the timer runs right on. Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets start a timer in a tap, there's a button for Control Center, and Siri starts any timer by name.
SHARE A TIMER AS A LINK
Send any timer to a friend as a plain link - from the timer list or right from a run. It opens straight in their Tempo, or shows a preview in the browser first. The timer travels inside the link itself: no account, no upload.
MADE YOUR WAY
Seven themes - including Pride - each with a matching app icon. Spoken voices or musical beep sets. Per-timer audio, haptics, and get-ready overrides.
NOTHING LEAVES YOUR PHONE
No accounts. No analytics. No ads. No servers. Your timers and settings live only on your devices; iPhone-to-watch sync happens directly between them using Apple's frameworks. Optional Health data stays in Apple Health and never leaves your devices. Even a shared timer is encoded in the link itself - no server ever sees it.
