You already know the habits that would change your life. Ten push-ups. A walk after dinner. Lights out before eleven. Knowing was never the problem — doing it alone is. Pacts turns a habit into a small promise with someone who cares: your partner, your mum, your best friend, your kid. You check in each day, they see it — and suddenly skipping feels different. Because you don't break promises to people you love. HOW IT WORKS • Make a pact — one small daily commitment, kept or missed. Start solo in under a minute. • Invite one person who cares. A couple, a parent and child, two friends — both of you see each check-in. • Cheer each other on with one tap, or add a word that actually means something. • Set real rewards together: keep the streak all week and Friday is pizza night. The fridge star chart, digitized — no gems, no badges. STAYS HONEST, NEVER HARSH Your person can mark you, vouch for you — or veto a check-in you didn't earn, and you get a window to correct an honest mistake. The record stays true without anyone playing police. And when you miss a day? Nobody scolds you. A free monthly grace protects your streak from real life, a fresh start is always one tap away — and when life really happens, pause a pact and your streak waits for you. FOR THE PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY KNOW YOU • Couples — evening walks, gym days, phones away at dinner. • Families — reading before bed, chores without nagging (a pact anyone can do counts for everyone), one scoreboard on the fridge that lives in your pocket. • Long-distance — Dad marks his morning walk; you see it from another city. Some days that's the reason you call. • Friends — the accountability partner app for people who keep ghosting their goals: study sessions, 10k steps, quitting the scroll. • Just you — Pacts is your accountability partner: streaks, gentle reminders, milestones worth celebrating. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your circle is invite-only. There is no public feed, no strangers, and no ads — ever. This isn't social media; it's the three people you'd actually call. WHAT'S FREE Nobody you invite needs a subscription. The person you make your pact with joins free, forever. And everything that makes Pacts work is free: solo pacts, pacts for two, peer check-ins, streaks, rewards, reminders. Pacts Pro upgrades your whole circle — up to 8 people, unlimited pacts, full reward ladders, and a wider grace — a slip a week forgiven automatically, and you can repair a day up to a week back — so for everything the circle shares, only one of you ever pays. Your own Pro also unlocks your personal full history and trends. Small habits compound into a different life — but only if you keep them. Keep them together. Pacts: it turns "I should" into "I promised." SUBSCRIPTIONS Pacts Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription (monthly or annual). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase; the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your App Store account settings. Ask how it went. On the People tab, "Cheer them" now offers "How'd it go?" about the pact your partner hasn't answered yet — once a day, never about a habit someone is breaking. They answer by checking in. Cheers that name a pact reach the phone. A cheer sent about a specific pact, and every "How'd it go?", now arrives as a notification — until this release those saved quietly and never buzzed. Starting a circle together starts with day one. Create a circle from a starter pack and the app asks "Have you already done this today?" for your first pact before it asks you to invite anyone. "See why this works" on a pack opens in place. If an invite goes quiet. Two days after you share an invite that nobody has answered, Today offers to send it again or bring someone else in — once, and only if nobody joined. Also in this release: - The rating prompt, if it ever appears, comes at your 7-day streak rather than 30. - The muscle cheer on a pact's members reads "Cheer" to a screen reader.
