Shock The Poolie keeps your pool service business organized — jobs, estimates, invoicing, and client records, without six different apps or a monthly fee eating your margin. JOBS, ORGANIZED - Every job tracked from scheduled to done, with job-specific checklists so nothing gets missed on-site - Every client's contact info, job history, and notes, one tap away - Send a job's details straight to an assigned tech by text — they don't need the app installed to know where they're going and what to do WEATHER-SMART SCHEDULING - Get flagged when rain or severe weather threatens a scheduled job — so you can move it before the day gets rained out, not after your crew is already out there EQUIPMENT WARRANTIES THAT DON'T SLIP THROUGH THE CRACKS - Track manufacturer warranties on pumps, heaters, and filters for every completed job, with automatic reminders before they run out ESTIMATES THAT DON'T EAT YOUR EVENING - Describe the job, get a real itemized estimate back in seconds - Calibrated to your own past pricing, not just a generic market guess - Refine it by talking to it — no starting over from scratch GET PAID YOUR WAY - Get paid via Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, or your own payment link. You keep 100%, no processor cut - Recurring or one-off invoicing, whichever the job calls for No subscription required to run your business day to day. Upgrade for unlimited clients, unlimited AI estimates, and cloud backup.
