WorkProof: Job Photo Reports
Photo proof of work in a PDF
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Open the job as a quote, close it with time- and address-stamped before/after photos, hand over one signed PDF. Offline, no account.
Prove what was done — and get paid without the argument.
WorkProof turns a job into evidence. Open it as a quote, do the work, close it with before-and-after photos, and hand your client one signed PDF. Everything runs on your phone, fully offline.
QUOTE IN ONE SCREEN
A photo of the place as it is, what needs doing, your price for the work, and the materials you plan to use. Saved in seconds, before you lift a tool.
EVIDENCE THAT HOLDS UP
Every report photo carries the capture time and the job address, stamped onto the image itself — with GPS coordinates too, once you switch them on. The before shot ghosts over your camera, so the after lines up on exactly the same angle. Document pre-existing damage before you start, so it never becomes your problem later.
ONE PROFESSIONAL PDF
The report builds itself: before and after side by side, work performed, materials used, pricing with a total, and the client's signature collected right on your phone. A4 or US Letter. Share it in one tap — WhatsApp, email, anywhere.
BUILT FOR REAL FIELD WORK
• Works completely offline — no signal needed on site
• No account, no sign-up, no analytics, no tracking
• Everything stays on your device
• Search and archive completed jobs
• Export all your data at any time
WHO IT IS FOR
Cleaners, handymen, contractors, tilers, painters, plumbers, electricians, landscapers and property managers — anyone who has ever been asked "did you actually do it?"
WORKPROOF PRO (optional subscription)
The free plan includes two completed jobs in total, with up to five work areas per job. Photos, client signatures and PDF reports are free, and so are your business name and contact details on every report. Pro removes both limits, adds your logo to reports and drops the "Created with WorkProof" line. It also unlocks Proof Pack ZIP export with the original photos, a technical appendix with capture details, job templates, saved clients and materials, and duplicating completed jobs. Jobs and reports you have already made always stay available. Billed monthly, cancel any time in your App Store settings.

WorkProof now speaks French, with a shorter first run and design fixes throughout.
• More reliable reports: no page breaks inside prices or the signature, and outdated reports are flagged before sharing.
• Safer deleting: removing a work area and its photos now asks first.
• The free plan limit now shows before you reach it, and iPhone stays in portrait.
