Your phones are the moderator. Gather round, deal the roles, and find the Mafia, all over local Wi-Fi with no accounts and no servers. Gather your friends in one room and let your phones run the whole game of Mafia (Werewolf). One phone hosts over your local Wi-Fi or a personal hotspot; everyone else joins by scanning a QR code or entering a room code. There is no cloud, no sign-up, and nothing leaves your devices. The built-in moderator handles everything: it secretly deals roles, runs the night, resolves actions, tallies votes, and calls the winner, so nobody has to sit out as narrator. Play at your own pace: the night ends when every acting role has moved and discussion never forces you forward. Roles included: - Villager, Mafia - Doctor, Detective, Vigilante, Jailer, Sniper Features: - Local host-as-server multiplayer over Wi-Fi/hotspot (no internet needed) - Automatic moderator with anti-cheat secret state (your role stays private) - Configurable role setups with a balance helper and saved presets - Cinematic reveals, phase soundscapes, narrator voice and on-screen captions - Ghost lounge for eliminated players, replay timeline, and end-game awards - On-device profiles, XP, stats, and unlockable themes and avatars - Reconnect handling so a dropped phone can rejoin its seat - Accessibility: screen-reader labels, large-text support, colour-safe cues No accounts.
