Split expenses with your partner and keep one balance in sync. Free iCloud sharing, no ads or separate Tallio account. Optional Pro: pay once for both of you. Tallio is a shared expense tracker for two people. Record who paid, split household costs, and see who owes whom in one running balance. Invite your partner through iCloud so you can both add expenses and keep track of the same ledger. Use Tallio for groceries, rent, subscriptions, meals out, and other shared costs. No bank connection or separate Tallio account is needed. SHARED EXPENSES AND A CLEAR BALANCE • Split expenses 50/50 or choose a different percentage for each entry. • Record the amount, payer, category, date, and an optional note. Use the built-in calculator when adding amounts. • Record repayments with Settle Up. Repayments update the balance without being counted as spending. • Search past entries and filter by month or entry type. • Organize your ledger with categories and subcategories. PRIVATE SHARING, INCLUDED FREE The shared ledger, partner sync through iCloud, and one active recurring rule are free. • Your ledger stays on your device and in Apple's iCloud when sync is enabled. Tallio does not send it to developer-operated servers. • No ads or third-party tracking SDKs. • Optional App Lock with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode. RECURRING BILLS AND QUICK ENTRY • Create recurring expenses for rent and subscriptions, or recurring repayments for regular transfers you make outside Tallio. • Review upcoming entries, add an occurrence early, skip it, or pause a rule. • Check your balance or start an expense from a Home Screen widget. • Record expenses and repayments using Siri and Shortcuts. TALLIO PRO: ONE PURCHASE FOR BOTH OF YOU Unlock Pro once for both members of the same Tallio household. No subscription or renewals. • Analytics: explore spending trends, compare months, view a daily spending heatmap, and open the entries behind category totals. • Who Paid: see how much each person paid in the selected month. • Fixed and variable costs: see how your spending is divided between these two groups. • Category budgets: set monthly limits and see spending, remaining amounts, and overspending for each category. • Unlimited recurring rules: manage more regular expenses and repayments. • CSV export: export the full ledger for use in a spreadsheet. ENGLISH INTELLIGENCE FEATURES · PRO Ask Tallio answers English questions about household spending. Describe expenses in Activity, or use Log Expenses in Shortcuts, to add up to five expenses from English text. After you tap Add expenses or run the action, eligible entries save automatically without a separate save confirmation. Missing categories are clarified; unsupported items are reported. Check the result and edit entries in Activity. Natural-language interpretation requires a compatible Apple Intelligence iPhone, Apple Intelligence enabled and an available English on-device model. These features do not accept Polish input. If interpretation is unavailable, use manual expense entry or Analyze Household Spending with explicit category, dates and report type. Made for iPhone. Available in English and Polish. Choose one currency for the entire household: PLN, USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, CHF, CAD, AUD, NZD, SEK, or NOK. Tallio does not convert currencies or transfer money. It records the expenses and repayments you enter. Sharing requires separate iCloud accounts for both people and iCloud Drive enabled. Changes sync when devices are online.
