Migdalor is an invite-only building services app for residents of managed residential buildings in Israel. The app interface is in Hebrew.
With Migdalor, residents can:
• Invite guests to the building parking lot - enter a license plate and the gate recognizes the vehicle automatically, within the quota set by the building.
• Open building doors and gates from their phone, with no physical remote.
• View building information, announcements, and moving-in/out instructions.
Accounts are created by the building manager - there is no public sign-up.
Residents sign in with their email or with a one-time code sent to the phone number their building registered.
